Tanzania Mutwari Peaberry is a specialty coffee harvested in the Mbozi, Mbeya Rural, Ileje & Rungwe districts by Tembo Coffee Company. Mutawi coffee comes from over 50 smallholder farmer groups, the cherries are processed at washing stations and hand de-pulped at individual farmers homes. Parchment is then handpicked on the drying tables to remove defects and meet quality standards.
