Peru SHB EP Fair Trade and certified Organic coffee from Cooperative Agraria Cafetalera Jose Olaya was founded in 1966 to assist members to harvest, progress and trade their coffee and have focused on teaching organic and eco-friendly practices. The coffee is SHB EP (Strictly Hard Bean) (European Preparation) made from the arabica varieties typica and bourbon.
